The apartment is on the 2nd floor with great natural light. Laundry is available in the basement. The studio is in good condition and includes a recently updated refrigerator.

Rent is $2,200 per month, excluding electricity and internet. The new tenant will need to submit a co-op application (application fee applies). The lease term is 12 months. Move-in is flexible, pending co-op approval, but must be before May.
