The apartment is located on the 15th FL of a well-maintained high-rise building in Hunters Point of Long Island City. It is extremely close to the midtown Manhattan (just one stop to Grand Central on subway), and has access to NYC Ferry.

The apartment was completely renovated one year ago with brand new appliances including in-unit washer and dryer. It is facing south so it gets plenty of natural sunlight and has an amazing view of the East River and Manhattan skyline.

The amenities include resident lounge, gym terrace and garden, and the amenity fees are included in the rent.

Pets are allowed.

Tenant will sign a new contract with the landlord. The required documents are:
