APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
3 bedroom, 1 bath with a backyard shared with the other first floor tenants (who are very lovely and generous). Coin-op laundry in the basement! Huge closets and extra storage cabinets. Between the Knickerbocker (M) and Myrtle-Wyckoff (L, M) stops. 30 minutes to Manhattan!

SUBLET & LEASE TERMS:
You can either sublet the apartment for only the month of May (earlier move-in possible) or sublet for May and start a 12-month lease on June 1st (pending approval of your application by the landlord). The lease would be for $3,050 a month and doesn't include gas or electric.

FURNITURE:
We have a few pieces of furniture that we can leave behind if desired including two dressers, a queen-sized bedframe with two storage drawers, a desk, three dining chairs, and some shelving.

Additional fee

If you want to sign a longer lease, you will need to complete an application and send it to the landlord along with 2 months paystubs, bank statements credit report from within the last 30 days, and a scan of your photo ID. If you just want to do a sublet, it's not as formal.
