I am subleasing my room in Allston from May 31-August31. The house is located on ashford street right near commonwealth avenue, 02134. If you wish to stay longer that is quite possible because I am leaving Boston for good. The rent is 1100/ month + around 50 utilities. The room is in a house with 4 other roommates. The house itself is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom and the room is the second largest in the house. The house also has free laundry in the basement. The house is a 10 minutes walk from BU west campus. It is a 10 minute walk from the 1BU stop and BU Fitrec. Its about a 5 minute walk from the packards corner green line stop and a 5 minute walk to multiple bus stops. It is also about a 5 minute walk to the star market and its quite close to gyms, other stores, parks, restaurants, pubs, a target and many other amenities. Also since I am leaving you can also keep some of my furniture if you want for free.
