Hello! Looking to reassign my portion of the lease as I need to move for my new job. The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1bathroom with renovated kitchen and bathroom, and large windows. The available bedroom is a queen-sized room with space for a desk and dresser and has a good-sized closet. The apartment is 3 minutes form the J at Halsey, 1 block from a laundromat, and 2 blocks form the supermarket. The other two roommates are 23-year-old women, and one has a cat. Looking for a female/nonbinary person to move in around May 1st (start date flexible) to August 19th. You would be signing onto the lease and will need to apply through the management company. When I applied, they asked for proof of income (40x rent, which is around 45k) or relevant documents for a guarantor. Also, you will need to put down 1 months rent as a security deposit. I will cover any application or background check fees, and there is no broker fee. If the space works for you, there is an opportunity to renew the lease in August.
