We were the first tenants to move in 3 years ago in this new building. The apartment is in great condition.
The building has fully serviced mail room and doormen. The personnel are all great, always very polite and helpful. The in-house service crew responds almost instantly and fixed everything.
Our agreement for the lease with the landlord includes free for the duration of the 12 months: 2 Bike storage spaces, Gym in the building, Amenities including access to the Rooftop Pool during Summer months.
