Hello!

I have a sublet loft apartment available for 6 months starting April 11th.

The apartment has high ceilings, large windows and really open feel with lot's of light. It's technically a studio, but it really has the size and feel of a one bedroom apartment, there just aren't doors to the bedroom. It's a perfect size apartment for couples.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils and appliances.

The apartment is located just 2 blocks from the Jefferson L train stop, with loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores all within close walking distance.

The bed currently pictured has changed. There is a nice and very comfortable Kingsdown king size mattress, with a wood bed frame to accompany it. It's really comfortable, and great for couples!

There is very fast 400 mbps internet included in the monthly price. All utilities are included in the price. There is laundry in the building on the same floor.

If you have a laptop with a USB-C connection, you can also plug that into the monitor pictured on the wooden desk. It's an LG 4k monitor.
