This is a one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment with an office space open room. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher and basic appliances. The property faces NE so it gets some direct sunlight in the late morning. The building is less than a 5min walk from the N/W/7 Queensboro Plaza stop and the E/M/R Queens Plaza stop. It is also less than a 10min walk from the G stop. Several buses also stop within 1 block of the building. It is a 10min walk or less from Target and Trader Joe's and a 20min walk from Gantry Park.
The building has a live-in super, a gym, two rooftop decks, an indoor pool, grills, 24hr doorman, package room, and the ability to send packages to all three major carriers (FedEx, USPS, and UPS) from the building without scheduling a pick-up. It also has a contract with dry cleaners who come in every day to pick up/drop off laundry items, so sending items to the dry cleaners is easier than for other buildings. Bike storage is available but is an extra, separate cost to the tenant.
Lots of pets and some families -- the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. If not for the fact my partner and I want a two-bedroom (both WFH), we would want to stay in the unit/building.
