True 2BR in an ideal location in the WV at West 11th and 7th Ave. The apartment has great views of the park and a lot of light, and a good amount of space. I have a queen bed in the larger bedroom, and the second bedroom I have a full pullout couch and a large desk. There are four closets in the apartment, all sizable. I have a couch and TV area in the living room as well as a nice dining table with four chairs. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a dishwasher.
The apartment is a block from an entrance to the 1/2/3, and a few minutes to the A/C/E and B/D/F/M and N/Q/R/W. There are cute cafes, restaurants, and shops all around it.
I love the apartment but have to move out and break my lease early, but there will be 10months remaining on the lease, and then a chance to renew with the landlord after that. I also would be open to leaving some of my furniture if that is of interest!

The landlord will require an application where they will check your credit score, income, tax return, etc. They'll need a security deposit and you'll need to make 40x the rent.
