- **Refundable Security Deposit:** $1,000
Please note that a $350 pet cleaning fee per pet, per stay applies, subject to the owner's approval. Kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can confirm approval accordingly.
**Applicable Taxes for New York City Apartments:**
- **City Tax:** 5.875%
- **Room Tax:** $2.00 per day, per room (including bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens)
