Third floor walk up! A great location on the Upper West Side. Lots of natural light and high ceilings. The apartment is very quiet (doesn't face the street and get all that noise). Laundry is across the street (both a wash and fold, self service laundromat available). There's unfortunately no dish washer but the kitchen is very open and spacious with the large island. AC window unit in living room.
Utilities are typically 50-100 per person (just gets closer to 100 in the summer months with AC running). Wifi is 40 per person.
Reasons for leaving
I'm staying in the apartment, and intending to re-sign a 12 month lease from 5/1 to 4/30. My old roommate has moved out already so the room available for earlier move in if wanted.
Additional fee
Security deposit will be 2,065. The application process requires (online app, photo ID, letter from employer (stating starting position, salary, length of employment), last two pay stubs, last two months bank statements, copy of tax returns or W2.
Other info
Pets are allowed in the building (small pets). The room available has a bed frame and mattress, if not wanted/needed, I'll get rid of those!
