I'm sadly moving out for work.

This is the brightest apartment I've lived in and maybe seen in NYC, with huge South facing floor to ceiling windows. I was the first tenant in this apartment, and haven't lived here long, so everything is very new.

It's a high floor apartment, and because there are no buildings south of this one, the view is incredible—you have water views all around Brooklyn, including the East River and Statue of Liberty, and you can see everything up to the Verrazano bridge and beyond.

The unit itself has high-end finishes. The interior offers a clean, minimalist design with exposed concrete ceilings, oak wood flooring, and custom-designed kitchens complete with integrated appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, and microwave. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

The building is completely electric. Staff are friendly, and the building has a doorman and elevators. There's a rooftop pool and lounge, with 360 views around, and there's also a massive, full-featured gym + studio room. There's a workspace and movie theater, and there's also a massive room full of plants dubbed the "Grow Room."

Nearly every subway line is a 2 minute walk out the door. The area is extremely central. At the same time, it's surprisingly calm and quiet on the State St side of the building.
