Room Available: Alphabet City in March for 1355/month + utilities!
Hey everyone! We’re looking for someone to move into the third bedroom in our apartment and sign the lease with us for a move-in as soon as May 1st!
About the Apartment: Our apartment is in Alphabet City, an 8-minute walk to the 2nd Ave F Station, and technically a walk-up but we have an elevator. The room is ~9 ft x ~12 feet, so you can comfortably fit a queen bed, small desk, and dresser, and it has a built-in closet. It will come unfurnished so you can decorate to your heart's content! The room doesn’t have a window, but we haven’t found that to be an issue since we have a natural light alarm, but it’s worth noting. There’s a lot to do in our area, but it’s never noisy on our street at night, which is awesome.
About Your Roommates:
We love karaoke, broadway shows, and having friends over! We believe in open roommate communication and care about making the place we live in a happy one by respecting everyone’s needs and being live-abley clean (not expecting sparkling surfaces but like not dishes piled up in the sink kinda vibes). We also have a cat named Mouse and he is the sweetest little boy, so our ideal roommate is good with cats!
