Great studio in Chelsea. I've lived here for a few years, but plan on moving out to a 1-bedroom apartment.

6th floor apartment (top) that has great natural light and is on the more modern side. Nice hard wood floor, in-unit washer/dryer combo, dishwasher (small). The kitchen is on the smaller side, so probably not the best for people who like to do a lot of cooking.

Building has a doorman and elevator.

Note - The build is currently getting the roof replaces. There is some noise on weekdays during business hours. I work from home twice a week and it hasn't been that annoying, but the apartment is on the top floor so you will hear some construction.

Since I'm looking to move to a bigger apartment in the city, I'm flexible on when the lease take over starts. Ideally it would be in May.

Incentives

I'm fine to leave the window AC unit with the apartment.
