Modern building, modern appliances, modern convenience. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The building is dog friendly regardless of breed. The amenities are easily accessible and check all the boxes -- cardio room, grills, multiple terraces and roof decks, pool, laundry just an elevator ride away, and friendly but not prying door staff. Half-off memberships at Chelsea Piers (attached to the building), amazing restaurants within a 3 block radius and nearly every train walkable in under 10 minutes ( 2/3/C are 7 mins away and the 4/5/D/N/R/B/Q are 10 mins away.)

We've loved our time in this studio, but we're having a baby and needed to find a little more space and a better lay out for the addition of the little one.
