All utilities and internet included, two mandatory cleaning services included as well (one around the middle of your stay, one the day you leave).

Price is per month. If you stay 1.5 months, it will be $4000.

The pros:
Very spacious, fully furnished, kitchen and living room are separate.
Super available.
Wonderful restaurants close by.
4 min walk to the N/W line, 10 min walk to the R/M line.
Plenty of grocery and restaurant options within a 5 min walk.
Very safe neighborhood

The cons:
4th floor walk-up (no elevator)
No washer (laundromat is around the corner)

No pets allowed, no smoking inside.

You will be required to water my plants :-)

$1300 deposit (to be returned upon inspecting the apartment)
