I’ve been living here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for the 3rd year in April. Love the apartment, building, neighborhood and New York! Unfortunately, work has taken me to San Francisco and i'm not sure when i'll be back to NY. All my furniture and things are still in the apartment. Available from now till April 2026. Flexible on duration of sublease, just let me know what works for you. I’ll set aside my personal items before you move in.

My building allows sublease with a fee (i'll pay the $500), application and written approval. So we'll follow the process. In addition to rent, internet (at&t) is $87/month and electricity/gas (con edison) is $80/month on average (usually below $50 but can be higher in the summer months due to AC usage). Monthly total is $4562 (rent + internet + electricity).

Incentives

I'll waive/pay the $500 sublease application fee for the right tenant. Prefer somebody who will handle the apartment with love and is able to work around all my personal items at home with care.
