Hi! I'm a Software Engineer at DoorDash and I'm going to be moving back to California for the summer. I am subletting my apartment in prime East Village location (1st Ave) for around 1.5 -2.5 months during Summer. Everything is fully furnished and move-in ready.

Sublease Dates: June 15 - August (somewhat flexible here)

1. Room comes fully furnished with full size memory foam mattress + standing desk + closet space
(fully unobstructed light)
2. Water + Gas utilities included | Electricity + Internet not included

3. Expansive kitchen for NYC standards - feel free to use Breville Espresso Machine + Burr Grinder + all related kitchen gadgets (that are mine)

4. Living room fully furnished (Couch can transform into bed) + 55 inch TV + Xbox Series X

5. Roomate is a software engineer at Meta

This will be an official sublease with proper documentations + interview + background/financial checks.
